C-4 Analytics and Epsilon Dodge it Out at this Year’s Dodging for Dollars Event

When it comes to dodgeball, all is fair in love and fundraising, and for this year’s Dodging for Dollars event hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield, no sentiment has ever rung truer. Amongst a line-up of unsettled scores and friendly match-ups between Club alum, community leaders, media members, and more, one corporate challenge showdown stands out.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the organization and to celebrate the popular annual dodgeball fundraiser, longtime supporters and corporate responsible champions C-4 Analytics and Epsilon will meet mid-court to pelt their opposing teams with rubber balls – all in the name of helping children.

“We are excited to be back for another year to support the Boys and Girls Club and all the amazing work they do in our community. After years of epic dodgeball matches against teens, we’re excited to face off against another local company. Our arms our loose; our feet are swift; and our team is ready for the moment,” said Katie Ice, Early Career Programs Manager for Epsilon.

Ready to take on the Epsilon team on Friday, April 28th at 5pm, is a team of star fundraising dodgers from C-4 Analytics, who’ve been bringing in thousands of dollars in donations year after year to help the organization provide a safe and supportive place for children and families.

“We are proud to be part of this amazing organization that helps so many of the kids in our local communities. And we relish the good-natured competition with an industry rival in the name of such a worthy cause”, says Mike Weiss, CEO of C-4 Analytics. C-4 Analytics has been involved with the Clubs for many years, donating thousands of dollars and countless volunteer service hours.

Now in its sixth year, Dodging for Dollars is an annual dodgeball fundraiser hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield that invites over forty teams and 500 players to battle it out and raise funds that fuel the many programs that help youth, teens, and families build better futures.

“This year’s event, themed ‘Dodging Through the Decades’ will pay homage to the Clubs’ 50th anniversary and decades of service in a groovy, bodacious, fresh, kewl, and definitely lit kind of way. We can’t wait to see two of our top teams take each other on during the event,” says Anthony Guardia, Chief Development Officer.

This year’s Dodging for Dollars event is scheduled to take place April 23rd through May 5th on the parquet of the Club’s Stoneham location on 15 Dale Court.
