First Time Job Program
Part of our mission is to motivate and inspire our Club kids to find their passion, continue their education, and develop the road to a great future. Our first time jobs program, the Boys & Girls Club Street Team, allows local teens an opportunity to start their first job at our Clubs and learn about supporting projects in their local communities.

About the Program
The Boys & Girls Clubs First Jobs Program is a program for teens ages 14-16 who are looking for their first job experience in the community. The program includes training and job readiness resources from the Boys & Girls Clubs.
Our Clubs’ “Street Team” members act as representatives for the Clubs at family-friendly events within both the communities we serve and the surrounding areas. The teens work with team leaders to learn job skills like helping at local events and engaging with community members. Street Team members help to advocate the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs in our community and actively engage with local children and families.
