Before School Care

Avoid the monthly stress! During registration, you’ll be asked in the payment form whether you’d like to enroll in AutoPay. If you say yes, you’re automatically enrolled — there’s no separate form or extra step to complete.


To save a payment method on your account:

1. Log in to your RecDesk account
2. Go to your Profile page
3. Click “Manage Payment Options” in the left sidebar
4. Press “Add Payment Option” and enter a card or checking account

First, we recommend adding all of your children to the waitlist for your preferred program. As spots become available, families on the waitlist will be invited to register in the order they joined.

We also encourage you to register for the after-school program at our Stoneham Club to ensure you have guaranteed care in the meantime. We operate a daily bus route from Stoneham Public Schools to the Stoneham Club.

If you are offered a spot at your preferred school site, we will transfer your Stoneham Club credit toward that registration.

No. Once your child is enrolled and your forms are on file, you won’t need to complete them again each month. All required forms only need to be submitted once per school year.

We keep things simple and transparent: you’re only charged for the number of regular school days your child is scheduled to attend. The daily rate stays the same all year, and your monthly fee is simply that daily rate multiplied by the number of program days that month.

You are not charged for planned “no school” days like federal holidays listed on the school calendar.

We don’t offer single-day enrollment. We’ve moved to fixed weekly tracks — M/W/F, Tu/Th, or all 5 days — because regular, predictable attendance is what allows kids to get the most out of the program and for us to serve them well.

If you only need part-time care, you can choose the track that best fits your family’s schedule. If you need full-week coverage, the 5-day track has you covered.

No — this is a quirk of how RecDesk displays forms, and we know it looks overwhelming. Here’s what’s actually happening:

When you register for multiple programs at once (for example, September plus three sessions, or multiple weeks of summer camp), RecDesk shows a separate copy of each required form for every program in your cart. If you have two children and four programs, it might show 40 or more forms — but you do not need to fill each one out individually.


The fastest way through checkout is to work top to bottom, completing each unique form once. When you reach duplicate forms for the same child, you’ll find they are already populated. Simply review and confirm them to continue.

We have reserved spots for families using a voucher. Please do not register online. Instead, complete our Voucher Enrollment Intake Form. Our team will call you to finish your registration.
