We believe a spectacular summer shouldn’t break the bank. As a non-profit, every dollar goes directly back into the program. That meant professional-grade programming, exciting field trips, and experienced staff—at a fraction of the cost of commercial camps.

High turnover is common at summer camps—but not here. Our team consisted of background-checked, highly trained mentors (certified in First Aid, CPR, and Child Development) who treat child safety as a profession, not a summer gig.

A Typical Day at Camp
Our schedule balanced choice with structure.
Note: All activities, including Art and STEM, were integrated with that week’s specific theme.

| 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Arrival & Open Choice: Kids trickled in and chose their activity! Gym open for basketball/games, rooms open for cards/art, and morning snack provided. |
| 9:45 AM | Morning Rally: All campers broke into their specific age-based groups for the day. |
| 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Specialist Blocks: Groups rotated through specialized activities (STEM, Art, Music) led by our Enrichment Team. |
| 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Lunch: Campers brought their own packed, Nut-Free lunch. |
| 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Afternoon Rotations: Groups rotated through Home Base, Gym Games, Outdoor Field Activities, and Art. |
| 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Dismissal & Structured Enrichment: As pickup began, all Enrichment Rooms (STEM/Art) and the Gym remained open and fully staffed. |
2026 Season Recap: Weekly Schedule
Every week brought a new theme, a new experience, and weekly swimming at Hall Memorial Pool. Kept here for reference.
We focused on getting comfortable and connected through fun icebreakers and group discussions.
A week of imagination connecting through Disney themes and heroic characters highlighting positive traits like courage.
Self-expression through color with themed activities, games, and projects.
A week dedicated to growth and self-expression — campers planted and cared for their own plants.
Campers explored the “wild” through safari-themed activities and games, learning about animals around the world.
Campers became designers for the week, designing and crafting outfits for the Recycle Fashion Show.
Celebrating the past with favorite games, songs, and nostalgic challenges.
A week full of color, excitement, and celebration with carnival-themed games, decorations, masks, and props.
Celebrated the end of summer while preparing for the year ahead, reflecting on favorite memories and setting learning goals.

2026 Deposit & Payment Policy
1. SECURE YOUR SPOT
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit was required at checkout to reserve each week. This amount was deducted from the total fee (it was NOT an extra charge).
2. STRICT PAYMENT DEADLINE
The remaining balance was due 14 days prior to the start of each session.
⚠️ LATE PAYMENT POLICY
No Exceptions: If a balance wasn’t paid by the 14-day deadline, the spot was forfeited immediately to the waitlist, and the deposit was lost. This will apply again next season.

Example: At a $335 weekly rate, $50 was paid to lock in the week, with the remaining $285 due 14 days before that week began.
